Privacy Policy
Last updated: 28 October 2026. This policy explains what we collect when you use eynro.com and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
- Bid information. When you submit a site or place a bid, we collect the site name, the site URL, the bid amount, and your email address. The site name, URL, and bid amount are published on the leaderboard and in the bid history. Your email address is never published.
- Click data. When a visitor clicks a listing, we count the click and store the total per listing. We do not attach clicks to individual visitors.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive, see, or store your card number or other payment details. Stripe handles that, under its own privacy policy. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, the amount, and the email address you gave Stripe.
- Basic server logs. Like most websites, our server keeps brief logs (IP address, pages requested, time) for security and to keep the service running. We do not use them to identify individual visitors or to build profiles.
2. How we use it
We use the information to run the leaderboard: to publish listings and bids, to count clicks, to send payment receipts, to prevent abuse, and to answer your questions. We do not sell your information and we do not show you advertising based on it.
3. Cookies
We use a single session cookie for the admin login, and nothing else for tracking. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers.
4. Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with Stripe (to take payments) and with our hosting provider (to run the server). We do not share your email address with other bidders or with the public. We will disclose information only if the law requires it or to protect the service from abuse.
5. Your choices
You can ask us to delete your listing and your email address from our records by writing to hello@eynro.com. Deleting a listing removes it from the public board; past bid amounts that were already published may remain in the public bid history. If you want a bid removed from the history as well, say so in your message and we will consider it.
6. Data retention
We keep bid and listing records for as long as the board needs them, and server logs for a short period. We delete information when it is no longer needed for running the service or meeting legal obligations.
7. Children
eynro is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
8. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is the current one.
