Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 October 2026. These terms govern your use of eynro.com ("eynro", "we"). By using the site or placing a bid, you agree to them.

1. What eynro is

eynro is a public pay-to-rank leaderboard. Websites are ranked by the amount their owners bid. Rank is not a review, recommendation, or endorsement. A high rank means a higher bid, nothing more.

2. Bidding and ranking

• The minimum bid is $5 USD.
• Listings are ranked by current bid, highest first. Ties are broken by earlier submission.
• A bid is a one-time payment for the listing's current rank position. It does not buy a fixed time period, a guaranteed number of clicks, or a guaranteed rank.
• Anyone may outbid a listing at any time by placing a higher bid. The previous bidder is not notified and is not refunded (see the Refund policy).
• All bid amounts, site names, URLs, and click counts are public. Bidder email addresses are never published.
• We may correct obvious errors (for example, a mistyped URL) and may remove listings as described in section 4.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your card details.
• A bid is only counted once the payment has completed. Unpaid or failed bids do not change the board.
• Prices are in US dollars (USD). Any taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges are your responsibility unless the law says otherwise.
• Do not bid on a site you do not own or do not have permission to promote.

4. Content rules and removal

We may refuse, edit, or remove any listing at any time, without notice, if it:

• is illegal, deceptive, or misleading;
• links to malware, phishing, scams, or anything that harms visitors;
• infringes someone else's rights, including trademarks and copyright;
• contains adult content, hate, or harassment, or targets children;
• is a copy, impersonation, or otherwise tries to pass itself off as another site;
• abuses the service, for example by gaming clicks or placing bids to disrupt the board.

Removal for a content violation does not automatically entitle you to a refund; see the Refund policy.

5. Clicks and availability

Click counts are measured by our redirect and are approximate. We do not guarantee any number of clicks, visitors, or conversions, and we do not guarantee the site will be continuously available. We may change, suspend, or end the service at any time.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost business, arising from your use of the service or from any listing on it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the bid in question.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the current one. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
